“Resolution Enacting Regulations for the Parking of Vehicles on a Designated Street and Right-of-Way in Wooster Township, Wayne County, Ohio.”

Parking Regulations
Under this resolution:
No person may stop, stand, or park any vehicle along either side of Tuckahoe Road—including the right-of-way—from Secrest Road through its entire length within the unincorporated area of Wooster Township.
Vehicles parked in violation may be towed and stored at the owner’s expense. Owners or lienholders can reclaim their vehicles upon providing proof of ownership and paying all related fees and fines.
Violations of these parking rules are considered criminal offenses and are classified as minor misdemeanors under the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C. Section 505.17).
Legal Compliance & Enforcement
These regulations comply with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, including Chapters 505, 4511, and 4513, and are enforced through appropriate traffic control devices as required by law. The resolution was posted publicly in five township locations for thirty days and published in a newspaper for three consecutive weeks, in accordance with O.R.C. Section 121.22.
